Whether the fit isn't quite right or you've changed your mind, our simple process ensures your exchange or refund is handled with ease.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original items, including all designer tags and packaging, into a secure shipping box or the original mailer.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
